Children need regular meals and snacks to give them the energy and nutrients to grow and stay healthy. Children’s nutritional needs change as they get older, we are aware of the importance of these changes.
FOOD HYGIENE
It’s not just about what your child eats, but also the environment around them when they are eating. We ensure our children are not put at any risk by complying with the highest standard of food safety regulations.
HEALTHY COOKING
Children under five years are growing rapidly and have high requirements for energy (kcals). This energy and the nutrients they need, must come from nutritious foods: starchy carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables, calcium-contains foods, protein and iron.
